Course Content:
Post work: Reflect on your individual communication style and your impact within your team. Complete a time management tracker.

Post work: Review your priorities with your line manager and suggest key milestones or deliverables that may be helpful to demonstrate productivity.
Post work: Carry out a stakeholder and influencer evaluation and consider how you might build relationships with key stakeholders in your organisation.
